Stick, flatten, & rub tape into skin. *Do not remove clear backing until tape is in the desired location. NOTE: 180% elasticity, so put our tape in place tighter than normal breast tape. Peel off clear backing. Position clothing in place & stick. Removal: Completely saturate tape in oil & wait a few minutes for the tape to loosen. Pull tape back against itself (do not remove at an angle). Discard breast tape, clean skin, & pat dry.
